Networks are down

My phone is possessed;
I'm receiving multiple messages
With difficulty sending,
It's disconcerting.
Imagine a world where all networks
Went down.
Considering mobiles are a main culprit
Of relationship break-ups
They keep us connected
We are globally popular.
