I find Brexit very dreary, it's no wonder I am weary
getting to grips with many a bit of stubborn EU law.
Plodded on, but started snapping: "Is the fiasco never stopping"
then I hear a knocking, knocking,, late upon my red front door.
"TRICK OR TREAT," the visitor utters, trick or treat the visitor swore-
"Spirit of Brexit, FARAGE tour!"
"Oh," I cry, then I remember, it's the last day of October
deadline looming, lights on amber, Brexit ghoul on path of war
says:' "I'll haunt you evermore! -
For I dream we leave tomorrow, should we not I'll bring you sorrow,
mark my words, it's civil war -
give us what we voted for.....
Make my country great forever, fly the Jack on every tower
guard our sacred Island shores."
ProvocationL LET'S HAVE SECOND, REF-ER-EN-DUM I IMPLORE!"
- gleefully, then, I slam the door.
Brexit ghoul's beseeching, outside I ignore the whines and screeching
"GREEN AND PLEASANT LAND ONCE MORE." -
ghosts of yesterday for sure.
Farage fantasists on ignore.
